Welcome to our 360° Feedback Leadership Development Portal
360° Feedback provides a valuable opportunity for our leaders to obtain feedback, as a means of identifying what they are good at and what they may need to improve. The 360 questionnaire has been designed around the National Leadership Framework, Our Promises and our Leadership Principles.
Why 360° Feedback?
360° feedback is a powerful toolset and is designed to give confidential and structured feedback based on:
Increased self –awareness by having the views of a number of respondents and
By establishing a personal development leadership plan to enhance levels of performance.
360° Feedback works by gathering the opinions of a number of people within the organisation. This includes the opinion of your line manager, direct reports, colleagues and peers with whom you have regular dealings – plus your own assessment.
Individuals selected will be prompted to answer a series of structured questions on –line. The questions have been designed to assess an individual’s behaviour against a focused framework, in particular behaviours we want to encourage around Our Principles. It is important to stress that individuals providing feedback cannot be identified in the report, apart from those provided by line managers.
The questionnaire will be hosted by an external third party administer. This offers the opportunity for individuals to give confidential feedback in a safe environment.
Once the responses from all the participants are compiled, a 360 feedback report is generated which individuals can access following feedback from a registered coach.
Following the 360 feedback individuals will be asked to develop a meaningful and practical personal leadership development plan (PDP) and discussed with their line manager.
